Individual Psychotherapy

I offer individual counseling for adults. I believe the greatest benefit can be gained from meeting on a weekly basis. Meeting regularly helps to build trust in the therapeutic relationship, as well as sustain the momentum of our work together.

My appointments are 50 minutes in length. The fee per individual session is $150. If you are interested in utilizing health insurance, I am in network with Premera, First Choice, Kaiser PPO, and Regence. If I am out of network, most insurance plans will cover a portion of the cost of therapy. I utilize a medical billing service to assist me in billing insurance for you. If you do not have insurance and are facing financial difficulties, I do offer a limited number of sliding scale openings.
